Baadhi found a courtyard home
After eight weeks in foster, Baadhi went to a bungalow in Arera. Her new family sent a photo of her on the verandah swing — this is why we do Sunday meets.
How our hospital float works
We keep a ₹15,000 float at two partner clinics. If you pick up a bleeding dog at night, call us before paying cash — we will send the clinic a voucher.
Do not dump kittens at the lake
We found a litter in a cardboard box near the viewpoint. If you cannot keep a cat, message us — dumping at the lake is how kittens drown in monsoon swell.
Sheru is crate-trained
The same dog who froze at traffic now sleeps in a crate. He still needs a quiet lane, not a main road.
Sponsorship saved Dhani’s wound
A neighbour paid the first debridement. Dhani is now adoption-ready. This is the model we want for more maggot cases.
Society ABC letter you can copy
We published a one-page letter chairmen can sign to invite the BMC ABC van. Download from our community board or ask at Sunday table.
Do not bathe a street dog in the rains
Wet + AC wind = pneumonia. Towel dry, keep in a crate, call us before a bath.
High-rise balcony nets save cats
Powai loses kittens to 14th-floor falls every summer. If you foster, net the balcony before they arrive.
Station dogs are not lost pets
Dadar station pack is mapped and fed. Please do not relocate them to the Western line — they return and get hit.
Misty’s brushing routine
Persian mixes mat in three days in Juhu humidity. We send a steel comb with every long-hair adoption.
Need two evening feeders in Zone I
Our Zone I feeding route has two gaps between 7 and 8 pm. If you live in MP Nagar and can carry 4 kg of kibble twice a week, write to us.
Chhotu is still looking
Small male, 6 months, crate-trained. Prefer a ground-floor home in Arera or Shahpura.
Verandah ward is open
Monsoon crates are up. We still need old towels and a standing fan.
Scooter ambulance roster
Tuesday and Friday nights are open on the pickup roster. Helmet and phone torch required.
Foster slots for kittens
We can take three more kitten fosters in Shahpura this month. You need one spare bathroom.
Leo needs a quiet tower
Black cat, indoor, not a fan of dogs. Pali Hill / Perry Cross preferred.
6 am ABC drop is full this week
Next open sterilisation slot is Thursday. Message the night before with location pins.
Orion prefers silent afternoons
Adult cat, no dogs, work-from-home home ideal.
Rani walks the park at 7
Meet her before you apply. She chooses people who jog, not people who only photograph.
Tara is still available
Small female, 9 months, crate-trained. Prefer Juhu / Vile Parle so we can do a 7-day follow-up walk.
