Delete your account & data
Google Play and App Store require a public way to delete an account. You can do it yourself in the app or on the website.
How to delete (self-service)
- Website: sign in → Profile & Settings → Delete account. Type
DELETEand confirm with your password (or Google Sign-In). - iOS / Android app: Account & Settings → Delete account. Admins cannot use this.
- You are signed out immediately. The same email can register again later as a new account.
If you cannot sign in
Use Contact Us (category Delete my account) from the same email as your account, or email codecartelllp@gmail.com. We complete those requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Login, name, email, phone, Google sign-in on this account, push tokens.
- Pet profiles and photos you uploaded, diary entries, QR tags you own (codes are deactivated).
- In-app notification history and social posts you created.
- Provider directory listing (vet, NGO, groomer, pet-care, shelter, pet place) is taken offline.
What may be kept
- Rescue reports already shared with NGOs/clinics — they may keep a copy to finish the case.
- Clinic health records the vet legally stores as a medical file.
- Completed booking rows needed for a provider’s accounts or a dispute, without your login details.
- Backups, overwritten on a rolling cycle.
Platform operators (admin) cannot delete their own admin login this way, so the service can still be run and support requests processed.
