Refunds & cancellations

Most money on Pet Patrol HQ is for a service delivered by a clinic, groomer, walker, or similar, not by us. Their cancellation window and refund rules apply. Read the listing or ask the provider before you book.
Bookings in the apps
- You or the provider can cancel from the booking/inbox screens where that status is offered.
- If a visit is marked completed, payment status may show as paid for the provider’s records. Refunds of that fee are between you and the provider unless we collected the money ourselves.
Products we sell directly
Physical QR / collar tag orders and any paid AI or listing add-on billed by Pet Patrol HQ: request a refund through Contact within 7 days if the item was not produced or not shipped. Used or custom-printed tags are generally non-refundable once manufactured.
The apps themselves
Downloading Pet Patrol HQ from Google Play or the App Store is free. Store billing for in-app purchases (if we add them later) follows Google or Apple refund rules.
